Terms and Conditions

House Rules:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out requests may not be granted based on cleaning schedules.  If granted there are additional fees ranging from $20-$50
• Clients must 21 years & older, provide Legal name, email address, birthdate and may be asked to present a Government ID at check-in 
• I give permission to booking platforms to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation
• Any stays over 14 days may require a written agreement between host and guest
• Self check-in with smart lock (No key units)
• No smoking or vaping inside of units or on smoke-free properties 
• No pets
• No parties or events
• Quiet hours 9PM - 8AM
• Free Parking  -1 parking pass for parking lot is provided. 
• Lost Parking Pass incurs a $125 fee

Guest acknowledge and accept the above policies at time of booking. Payments only accepted via Airbnb at this time.  

Communication during your stay: I will be available via text/Airbnb to answer any questions or concerns you may have during your stay. I’m just a phone call/text or email away.

 ****Do not interact with the Leasing Office or the staff. The leasing office is strictly for residents (corporate leaseholders) that live in the building and not short-term guest. They will not assist you with any issues and will redirect you to contact me. Please feel free to email, call or text us if you need anything. THANK YOU in advance!  ****
